MERRY NEW YEAR
A common question that we get asked a LOT is 'How do I become incontinent?'
The asker has gotten tired of having to find the 'facilities' or, when he
finds them they are 'busy' or filthy, etc (this question is almost always
asked by a guy).
When you are born being incontinent comes naturally and a parent keeps you in a
diaper full time and they gradually train you to keep it all in your bladder
until it is no longer comfortable to hold it. Part of the parenting process
teaches when and where and how to take that 'thing' out into the fresh air
and to relax your muscles so that the pee flows out and your bladder and
relax and feel empty.
The first step is to find a diaper that fits well, that is comfortable to
wear and to stock up on them.
The next step is to get a diaper bag that will hold some diapers (maybe
at least 4 or 5) hold some wet wipes, some medicated powder would be good.
Make sure that every time that you change your diaper that you use a wet
wipe to clean the entire diaper area and use medicated powder to powder the
entire diaper area. Becoming incontinent won't work if the area is sore
because of a diaper rash.
OK, now that you are all set with the diapers, you have to make a resolution
and that is that every time that your bladder is full and tells your brain
that it needs to be emptied that you let it out into the diaper.
You do NOT pee into a toilet, or urinal, or up side of a tree, house or any
other sort of a 'facility'. It's ALWAYS into the diaper.
Your parents worked very hard to train you to be incontinent. You are going
to have to work equally as hard to become incontinent again. Always wear a
diaper, except when you are in the shower.
By the time that you have been bending your mind for about one month you
will have the pleasure of experiencing the feeling of a wet diaper and you
can't remember when you wet it. At that point you will know that you are
well on your way to being incontinent.
It's important that you keep up the training. Make sure that you drink
plenty of water (it's healthy to drink 8 glasses of water a day).
I highly recommend that you keep your whole diaper area shaved and void of
hair. (This becomes a daily thing like shaving your face)
If you poop in your diaper (that is why it's there) it's a lot easier to
clean up during the diaper change when there's no hair there.
It also puts you in a better frame of mind for becoming incontinent.
