1. Q: I want to make sure that no one knows that I have received diapers, etc. What can you do?
A: Our shipments are done in boxes that are plain brown on the outside.
We use some very expensive tape - the best that Uline has to offer (4 cents a yard) - to tape up our boxes so that they will be intact when you get them. No matter what UPS, FedEx (or the Post Office) does to the package, this tape will hold it all together!
The return address says that it is from the Shipping Department at IDK Enterprises. Until the box is opened there is no way that anyone will ever know that you have received diapers!
When it is essential, we can pinpoint the day that your package will arrive. and UPS is GREAT at doing some 'custom delivery points' - like 'under the tarp under the deck on the right side of the house'.

2. Q: I asked to have my order shipped by UPS 2nd Day, and you shipped it by UPS Ground. Why?
A: Because according to UPSs published information we can get your order to you faster (or the same length of time) and cheaper by Ground. If arrival the next day is going to be a problem for you, then you need to tell us in the comments section of your order. We don't like to see you waste money on shipping.
We also will disregard your instructions if we see that we can get your order to you faster and cheaper than you have specified. If you don't want us to do that for some reason (like a personal dislike for a particular carrier) please let us know in the comments section of your order.

3. Q Do you ship everywhere?
A: No. We are only shipping to addresses in North America. The cost is very high to other places. We only ship to places that have Postal Codes assigned by the US Post Office (UPS also uses the same codes.)

4. Q: What is the difference between 'drop ship' and 'discreet ship'?
A: With drop ship, the shipment comes to you directly from our suppliers warehouse. Our suppliers have warehouses all over the USA, so the shipments are usually there in 1 or 2 days, and the shipping costs are cheaper. However, in the case of diapers, the boxes are plainly marked as to what is inside.
With discreet ship, we ship them to you from here in plain brown boxes and no one will know that you have received them. However, shipping times and shipping costs will usually be higher.

1: Q: I placed an order but I never received it. Why?
A: Once you place an order with us, you will get a confirmation e-mail from us. It is an exact duplicate of the e-mail that we get of your order. Added to it is an auto-response asking you to confirm your order. If the Internet mail system is unable to deliver either piece of mail, we will get a 'bounce' message and we will cancel your order.
If you placed an order and you didn't get a confirmation within seconds of your submission, then the order did not complete, usually because you gave a bad e-mail address. In that case you will not receive your order.

2: Q: I would like to have a catalog mailed to me. Can I get one?
A: The short answer is 'No'. We are doing 95% of our sales over the Internet. When we add a new item to our inventory, we update the web page first. The remaining 5% of our sales are to walk-in customers to our store. The walk-ins get to see and feel everything first hand. We usually do have a few items that the walk-ins get to see and appreciate that are not on line, but those are usually a 'one-of-a-kind' item.
We've tried to produce a catalog that can be mailed out. We've reached the conclusion that it's just not worth the time and trouble to try to keep it current.
Our product line keeps changing, almost weekly. As we find new diapers that we aren't carrying that we think that our customers will like, we add them. As we find new products that might be something that our customers will like, we add them. As we see that something is not interesting and not selling, we remove it. We are in uncharted territory!
We are an internet-based company, not a mail order company.

6: Q: Will you send me a free sample of .....?
A: The short answer is 'no'. Shipping costs are too high, and those are determined by UPS, USPS and FedEx. Our profit margins are too narrow. We do have sample packs of diapers that we sell that will give you a good idea of the various brands. In-person visitors to the store will usually get some free samples.
But, we can not send out free samples and still stay in business.
We understand, however, that some diaper manufacturers will send you a free sample of their product.

7: Q: Why did you decline my charge card because of the billing address?
A: This is for the protection for both of us. When we get authorization for a charge card purchase we have to enter in your billing address. This gets compared with the charge card companys database. If it doesn't match, a possible explanation is that the number that we have been given has been "borrowed" and the owner doesn't know it.
The same philosophy applies to the 'CVV' on the back of your card. The only way that the purchaser can supply this code is to have the card in front of them.
This protects you when someone else gets your number and tries to buy something from us, or any other merchant that is doing address verification.
This protects us against fraud and costly chargebacks. It also gets us a better rate on charge card processing.

8: Q: Why do you force me to give my phone number?
A:

1. Our credit card processing company insists on our having a valid phone number for each customer. This reduces the risk of fraud.
2. UPS insists on us supplying them with a phone number so that if they have a problem delivering your package they can call you to either come and pick it up, or to give them directions about finding your place.

9: Q: Why can't I place my order over the phone?
A:

1. The store software is set up to automatically confirm orders. You get a copy back and can see exactly the information that we have for the order. This does not happen on phone orders and there are errors being made.
2. The store software gives us our stock numbers for the item that you are looking at and intending to order. In the case of Attends, we have 2 different mediums and 2 different larges. Ordering from the web page assures us that we are shipping exactly what you were looking at when you placed the order. This is not happening over the phone.
3. The confirmation that the store software gives us some assurance of the legitimacy of the order. Phone calls are not doing that.
4. Data is being requested on the order form which helps us to assure your satisfaction. For example, if you tell us that you have a 30" waist size, and you are ordering large diapers, we are going to e-mail you before we ship to ask you to confirm that this is what you want to do. You could be very unhappy otherwise.
5. We are primarily an internet-based company that has happened to add a physical location for walk-ins. We are not a mail or phone order company. We do not have staff available for taking orders. We are happy to talk with you on the phone as consultants to help you find the right diaper for your personal needs/desires. But, the placing of the order needs to be done via our store software. You can print out the final order form and mail it in, if you wish, but we need the information that is on that page.
6. We are trying VERY hard to provide:
   • The best prices
   • The best customer service
   • The fastest service on orders
   • Error-free order processing and shipping
   Phone orders are preventing us from meeting these goals!

10: Q: I am only xx years old. Can I order from you?
A: We don't care about age. If you have personal concerns that you feel can best be met by using our products, then we will gladly sell them to you. There are no legality issues about our products and ages.
We ask for personal information on the order form so that we can make sure that you are getting the sizes right; and, for demographic purposes so that have a better idea of how to market our products.

11: Q: How can I pay you with a money order?
A: Buying a money order is not much different than buying a pack of gum or a bottle of Pepsi, etc. You go into a place that sells money orders, tell them how much you want it for, and give them the cash to pay for it with.
Just as they are not going to ask you what you are going to use the gum or Pepsi for, they are not going to ask what you are going to use the Money Order for.
Money orders are available at all US Post Offices and at all banks. In addition most convenience stores sell money orders. Rite-Aid and many other drug stores also sell money orders.
Once you have placed your order here, you will be given a total amount due. Take that much cash (and a little more) to a place that sells money orders and tell them that you want a money order for that amount. They will add in a fee (usually less than $1.00) and hand you a piece of paper that is actually a check in that amount.
In the middle of that check is a line that says "Pay to the order of". On that line you write in 'IDK Enterprises'. NOTE: Until you write something on that line, that piece of paper is the same as cash. Anyone who gets ahold of it can use it like cash anywhere and you will lose your money. Once you put our name on that line, then we are the only ones that can do anything with it.
At the bottom of the money order is a place to put your name and other information. Please put the name that you used to place the order with in this space, along with your order number. That space is provided only for our use. This helps us to match the money order up with the order you placed.
There are only 2 people in the whole world that will ever know that you bought a money order to buy diapers with. And, that's you and us. No one else will ever know!
Place the money order in an envelope and mail it to us at the Post Office Box. (Mail to the PO Box reaches us quicker and you will get your order quicker). Be sure to put your return address on the envelope and include your order number in the return address.
It's not necessary to send anything else in that envelope. As long as we have your order number and the payment, that's all that we need.

12: Q: I know what I want. How can I order quickly?
A: If you have our SKU number for the item you want, you can use our new "Grab 'N Go" feature. In the upper left corner of each page is a box for "Grab 'N Go". Just enter in the SKU number and how many you want. Click on the 'Buy Now' button and it will be put in your cart, and then you will be shown your cart. At that point you can either check out, or you can add more items with the "Grab 'N Go"

4: Q: About 2-4 times a month I wake up in a wet bed. Should I be wearing diapers?
A: When and where you wear diapers pretty much has to be your personal decision.
If wearing a diaper to bed every night makes you sleep better because you have the assurance that you are going to wake up in a dry bed, then by all means wear a diaper to bed. You will sleep better, and so it is healthier for you.
If you are in doubts, fear, or dread about wearing a diaper to bed, then this is unhealthy because you won't get a good nights rest.
With infrequent wetting, we recommend:

• Put a plastic mattress cover on your bed. You can get these at Wal-Mart, Target, K-Mart, etc.
• Put a padded mattress cover on over the plastic cover. This removes the sliperiness and the noise that the plastic cover makes. Buy spares of these.
• Keep extra sheets on hand for your bed.

5: Q: Isn't this illegal?
A: There are no laws in existence that make using any product that we sell illegal.
Wearing a diaper to pee and poop in is a perfectly legitimate use of a product that was specifically made for this purpose. Whether you are incontinent, or not, does not matter.
More and more truck drivers, for example, are wearing diapers on long runs so that they don't have to stop as often.
Astronauts are wearing diapers, especially during lift off and landing when they must stay strapped in their seats.
Production line workers are wearing diapers to pee in so that they don't have to stop the production line, and they can increase their output.

It's perfectly legal!

6: Q: My waist size is 31 inches. What size diaper should I buy?
A: The diaper manufacturers will tell you that their small diapers will fit you. We disagree.
We recommend that you go with the medium size diaper. Most of our customers with a 28-32 inch waist have tried the mediums and tell us that they fit OK. With the medium size you get a lot more absorbency than in a small diaper. This means that you can wear the same diaper for a much longer period before you have to change.
Many diaper manufacturers are just not putting the same effort into developing small diapers as they are putting into developing the medium and large diapers, so the small diapers are either non-existent, or not very good.

7: Q: Why can't I find any girls to diaper me?
A: There are many reasons why people wear diapers. For most people there is a certain amount of sexual pleasure and gratification that comes from wearing the diaper.
On a guy there is a large amount of erogenous area that is in constant contact with the diaper. On a girl, it is a very small area. It is our belief that about 95% of all recreational diaperists are guys because of this.

8: Q: Why can't I pee when I have a diaper on?
A: In guys there is a muscle that controls what will come out of the urethra, either pee or semen. Because of the sexual aspects of diaper wearing for many people, the brain causes that muscle to close off the flow of pee and to open the path for semen. It can become quite painful to have a full bladder and to not be able to release it.
When you find yourself in this condition, try standing in front of a toilet or urinal where you normally pee, and allow your mind to wander off to topics that are totally unrelated to diapers or sex.
Masturbating will also help, because the muscle will automatically change the flow a few moments after the ejaculation is complete. However, this may also cause you to lose your desire for diapers for a while.

10: Q: The tapes on my diaper have 2 pieces. How do I use them?
A:

The bottom layer of the tape is usually dark blue. This is made of some good durable plastic with some strong adhesive on it.
This is meant to provide a strong taping surface to reinforce the flimsier top layer of the diaper and to prevent ripping and tearing. Once this is stuck on the diaper you will not normally be able to get it unstuck without destroying the diaper.
When you need to re-position, or you need to remove it and put it back on, just untape the top tape and use that on the blue landing field to put it back on.

11: Q: It looks like blood in my diaper. Is something wrong?
A: Something is very definitely wrong! Blood is not supposed to leave your body! Anytime that blood leaves your body, for whatever reason, this indicates a medical problem that you should see a doctor for.
ONLY if you can account for the reason, like you have cut yourself in some fashion (and, even then you may need a shot to ward off infections), or you have a nosebleed because you got hit on the nose, can you give consideration to not seeking medical help.
If you find blood coming out of your penis, out of your rectum, your mouth, your nose, eyes, or ears you need to seek immediate medical assistance. To delay could be fatal. And, this is not a good day to die!

12: Q: What is meant by 'cost per pee'?
A: If you spend $4.00 on a diaper and you pee in it once and then take it off and throw it away, then it has just cost you $4.00 for that pee. But, if you can pee in it 10 times before you take it off and throw it away, then it has only cost you 40 cents each time that you peed. ($4.00 divided by 10, the number of times that you peed.)
So, in the first case, the Cost Per Pee was $4.00. In the second case, the Cost Per Pee was only 40 cents.
Your Cost Per Pee for a particular diaper depends on a lot of factors that are personal to you and your number will probably be different than your friends. Gaining the lowest Cost Per Pee in a diaper usually means that this is the most economical diaper for you.

The more times that you can pee in a diaper before it leaks determines your Cost Per Pee.
